I still remember the day my family moved out of our apartment and into our first house. I was 11. It wasn't just a bigger space, it changed how my family felt about where we lived and what was possible for us. That moment never left me.

That's why I got into real estate.

I'm Anthony Feng, a UCI student and future Irvine real estate agent joining Dan Choi's team at Coldwell Banker DCRE this September. I specialize in Irvine's residential market, a community I know from the inside as someone who studies, lives, and breathes this city every day.

I work in English, with conversational Cantonese and Mandarin. In a city where a significant portion of buyers and sellers are Chinese-American, it is a valuable bridge to connect with clients on, and the difference between a client feeling understood and feeling like just another transaction. My clients' priorities are my priorities — school districts, HOA structure, neighborhood trajectory, long-term value. That's what drives every conversation I have.
